Eren can be a douchebag enough on his own you don’t have to help it Jesus Christ. If you mean when he says いい加減にしろ (ii kagen ni shiro), that’s a fairly harsh phrase. The subs that go “cut the crap” is fine - in fact, a better translation than “that’s enough.” Eren even calls Mikasa てめー (teme) which is a harsh way of saying “you” (so translating it as “you bitch” is fairly also accurate in its nuance).
